Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo gets Android KitKat update

The update has just started rolling out in India, which updates the phone to 4.4.2.

"The update should start rolling out in other regions soon enough."
I thought the same would apply to Note2 Kitkat update. I was wrong. It started in France at the end of May. Today, august the 21st and stil no update for Note2, Tele2, Croatia.
