Paul, 05 Jun 2009UPDATE: There is now a video on the web site but no more ... moreYou are totally right!

-Smartphone important for good nav software and other Apps
-Xenon flash to have a useable camera in dark
-5 or 8 MP not more > leads to noise in pictures (focus on lens !)
-Amoled screen after seen Omnia HD (breath taking)
-3.5 mm jack (music in car or own head phone)
-responssive screen
-Decent sound with D1 or if it works with HD

After looking at my list you see that this is very very close to the Omnia HD. If they would drop the HD recording as the processors are clearly to slow now a days. And implemented a good Xenon Flash and good AAC sound with D1 recording I would be the happiest guy in da world :D

Im hoping that in this 'All You Ever Wanted Multimedia Monster' is:

An 8MP Camera as that is the trend nowadays; Xenon and Led Flash (like the Pixon12); Touchscreen; At least 8GB internal memorey (expandable with a 16GB equaling 24GB posibility); 3.5mm Headphone Jack; Wi-Fi; Bluetooth; HD capabilies would be great as its this phone, Pixon12 or OminaHD for me.

The X-ray image is definitely not the real comming phone. It's just
a fake to hide the real one. Actually the X-ray image is not a that of touch phone. Look carefully!!! ^^ ... hehe

Actually after scrutinizing the x-ray, I am inclined to believe that this is the Samsung Jet.

                              Look at this: http://www.slashphone.com/media/data/796/samsung-s8000-leak-6.jpg
From the photo, you can see that the camera lens is somewhere to the top right corner of the phone if the screen is facing you, fitting perfectly into the X-ray. You can also see that there are two keys on the left of the handset (if the screen is facing you, they are on the right in the picture), which again, fits into the X-ray. Thirdly, there is a indent of some sort on the top of the phone which I believe is the 3.5mm jack, and from the X-ray, there is a clear indentation with a just-about-right-length hole in the exact same place. If you look at the bottom right key of the X-ray, there is a very faint design of a power button that looks suspiciously like this: http://www.phones-online.org/wp-content/uploads/2009/04/041501.jpg

What's more, the S8000/Jet is also called the Cubic, and it has a Cubic key in the leaked photos, which yet again, correspond to the faint hexagonal shape at the bottom of the X-ray. And finally, the samsungunpacked website is using a Cubic "theme"...coincidence?

If it is indeed the Jet/Cubic/S8000, the only question I have unsolved is...how the heck does it surpass the Pixon12/OmniaHD in any way? Unless the new UI is some really really revolutionary shit like the iPhone UI 2 years ago, I don't see it becoming the "multimedia flagship".

Another best Samsung? Just flooding the market with variants of high-end phones tells me that they are not confident with any one in particular. But respect how Samsung knows how to create hype.
