Nokia Lumia 830 looks pretty much better compared to its flagship brother Lumia 930. However, its Snapdragon 400 chipset with 1.2 GHz quadcore processor and 1 GB RAM don't deserve that €330 expensive price tag. I would prefer a Snapdragon 600 or higher chipset with same or higher quadcore processor speed and RAM of 1.5 GB.

I guess WP is turning out to be good alternative third OS. This seems largely due to involvement of Nokia. In some ways , it is what Apple & Google may have wanted in their platform. It has support for Bluetooth devices & services , microSDXC cards and now removable battery in the mid-range with Lumia 830. The UI is simplistic and takes up lesser resources so that apps can benefit more from the hardware.

So, €330 = $330 for this device, then convert the usd to rupee, that's the way to convert.
