in my (shitty) country when the s5 came out was about 1000usd, i went ahead and bough it cause i knew id end up using it lots (all of the features, software and hardweare), so for me a device worth is meassured on how much you´d use it. so price is more or less relative to me (that provided you can afford the device of your choosing).

Now that is how you utilize a 2K display on a phone. But even then they said that the pixels were still visible sometimes, I guess maybe next time there will be 4K display for VR purpose, huh?

So, I believe you just lost a bet. Now give me your Note 3! Coz I still can make a good use to it. :)

How long does a complete charge from 0 to 100% take with the provided cable and charger? Judging from the 50% figure they are quoting it should take about an hour. I will bet money it is actually longer than the Note 3 as a direct result of the Note 4 reverting to USB 2. Hence why they only quote the 50% figure.

Personally I find this phone a complete disappointment. USB accessories that were for the Note 3, that I currently use, will not be compatible with this phone if they are USB 3. I also notice Samsung will not give a straight answer to a straight question about charging the battery. How long using the provided charger and cable will it take to charge from 0% to 100%? Not 50% or anything else. 100%. It's no good to me if you need a special charger that charges to 50% in 30 minutes and then takes 4 hours for the next 50%.
The lack of any water resistance is a complete let down too. After all the S5 is! Being afraid to use a phone in the rain in this day and age on a top of the range phone is ridiculous IMHO. Sony can manage it.
The battery and display. Despite the phone being physically larger the display is no bigger and the battery is less than 1% larger terms of capacity. I would even argue that 1% is actually within manufacturing tolerances so this is obviously only about making us buy new batteies that we would othewise quite possibly not need.Pathetic! So the old batteries will not fit in the new phone but the new ones add no tangible difference. Nothing less than a money making scam in my book. So as I understand it and feel free to correct me if I am mistaken, the default battery and charger from the Note 3 will not work with the Note 4 and we have no real idea of total charging time using the provided items.
I also really remain to be convinced that QHD on a screen that is less than 6 inches will show any discernible difference to a 1080P one. I actually suspect that most 4K large screen displays will revert to 1080P when presented with QHD content and then try to upscale. So the reality is that the QHD display will not even manage to display full quality QHD even on a 4K screen. Thus making this nothing more than a stupid sales gimmick.

T... morenope it's not just the price i'm complaining about , i complain about the build quality where as soon as this screen touches the ground it will break an shatter just like the note did , also the fact that it is that s thin will make it fragile , i also fear the Exynos version to be full of mistakes and problems like the Note 3

Seems like people only have the price to whinge about.
The thing is, Samsung devices start high and rapidly become more affordable (unlike apple which simply stay high).
The GN4 is arguably the best device of 2014. If you cant afford the initial release price then wait a few weeks or so. SIMPLE!
