venk, 08 Sep 2014In motog2 with 16GB internal memory as specification they h... moreThat is simple. 16GB is truly 14GB due to 1MB not being equal to 1000 KB, but actually 1024 KB. I can't understand why manufactures insist in informing the wrong storage numbers. From these 14gb, at least some are used by the Android system files and whatever. It seems that in Moto G only 2 GB are used for the operating sytem. That is good. My S4 mini has more than 3GB occupied by Android and Samsung bloatware.

In motog2 with 16GB internal memory as specification they have mentioned, but in phone its displaying only 12GB as total internal memory. can anyone explain it. or is there a fault in the phone bec even if phone apps takes some space, on the whole total internal memory is displayed as 12GB. i dont get it

For me, it has solved all deal-breakers I had with original Moto G (small screen size, average camera, lack of memory card slot).

zenfone 5 is much better u get 2 gb rAM
