It is pity to see people commenting and criticising on who buys what.....instead of constructive why I bought this....
You would never in your dreams can know about others reasons for a particular choice.... It is the dumbest of the comments.....please be constructive.....

Apple charges premium for its products. One reason may be that it is the only tech company which has matured and advanced OS, Computer, Laptop, Mobile OS, Mobile, digital store. So it provides all in one Solution and deeply integrated.
Once you enter Apple ecosystem, you don't need any other hardware or software.
Whereas all other companies need that you assemble your software and hardware needs. So you save money but need to put time and efforts.
It may have some shortcomings, but I appreciate Apple unique ecosystem. ITunes music is a boon to non piracy music in my country. I Hail apple for that.
But single player is never good for customers. Apple has priced it's PC and Phones at insanely high prices. Difference between 16 and 32 gb phone just blows my mind.

Even majority celebrities for example exotic cars mac iphone can you troll or tell them "sir don't buy a Ferrari buy a cheaper car." Miss buy cheap bags don't bit LV" can you? I think not.

I buy iphone because I want it and I'm capable if buying it even my friend who has a porsche buys an iPhone because we don't really make priority in specs, we are busy working and making money, we want something useful and brand image that's one thing apple have and you can't buy that like rolex, tag, omega that's brand image. Android is really for masses. Like you said macs they have there own market. Windows? Hmm majority who use windows like my kids because of games. Macs people mostly macs for work. Mac are just one but windows there tons like dell Hp etc

Apple is no doubt a pioneer in the world of touch and smart phone but it couldn't keep pace with the followers like samsung , htc , LG etc. now Apple is just cashing it's good name. Now Apple is just struggling to be in the race of smart phones. Samsung is no 1 but now the horse of LG is over taking it after G series. . G 3 is leaving all of them behind. I think that it is not sensible to have Apple iPhone at this huge cost. Why should we waste our money just because of an American product made in China.

My iPhone wish list :
1. Better battery
2. Big memory at less cost (currently 64 gb iPhone has insane pricing)
3. More use of touch id (it's better than my S5 finger print)
4. Better looks than HTC One with one had usability
5. Speakers like htc one
6. Enhanced camera
7. Not very big phone like S5 or Htc one.
I have S5, avoid it in favour of HTC one.

Or studing Engineering etc.. As far as I know Macs are mainly used by Artists. While Ubuntu and Windows is preferred for developement and actually working. Go to a university. Run this test: Enter the art depart, find a normal pc. Do you find one? No. Go to the enigneering department/study centre/library/etc. What do you find? PCs. One is for tech savvy people or for being productive and cost effective, the other is for less fortunate people for which ease of use and a large, high quality display is of essence. Point is, you won't find many Apple users on a Tech site, that is way most comments are from people favouring Apple. You know they are to busy using Instagram and posting selfies to care about how technology works.
This post is seriously should get an Oscar award for saying the truth. apple users aren't that much of techy like Android users or Windows/Linux users are.

So you in the western countries, even if you had a job, would you afford an iphone, in cash? No. No job pays you more than 1000$ and this is the price of an iphone.. All jobs whether good or bad will get you to merely 1 or 2000$.. Would you buy one in cash?
You have contracts. Other parts of the world don't.. We buy things in cash. Some people take loans. It's sad just to get an outdated phone. The iphone will have the same future if that of blackberry wait and see

Who can afford a 1000$ phone if his job merely gives him/her 800 or a bit more? Even a 1000$ is not enough. Some people take loans from banks to buy such phones.. It's pretty sad

There's no doubt that iPhone announcements are the most eagerly awaited.
I use S5 galaxy, but iTunes for music on PC. I have not used iPhone but galaxy line is not best in Android. Htc one is real competitor of iPhone.
