Sprint Samsung Galaxy Note 3 gets Android 4.4.4 KitKat

I have 4.4.4 in my Galaxy Note 3 and since the upgrade I have a significant problem. When I get a call, the ring volume is reduced such that I don't hear it. I then get a Notification and when I check it shows a voicemail if one was left. I check the ring volume and indeed it was set very low. Checking with Samsung at Best Buy, no help. I have Sprint, but I have not yet talked to them. Anyone have the same problem?

Don't be in a hurry to download this update. My Note 3 was working great (always has) but not anymore. My email hasn't worked correctly since I did the download. I'll leave out the details since you can read about it online in various places if you want. Most of the advice (even from carriers like Sprint reps on their community forum pages) boils down to "try this, try that", with many (most?) people experiencing issues ending up having to do backup/factory reset. On the other hand, my wife has the identical Note 3 (Model SM-N900P) and she hasn't mentioned any problems since I updated her phone a few days ago.

Yea my email app crashes and will not open barely any at all now. And i use the email app cause i like it better then the gmail app its more simple and has less going on.. And Some new apps that were added like this KNOX security doesn't even load without freezing my phone to the point where i have to remove the battery and now my phone seems to lag and prone to freezes now. AND don't even get me started on the battery draining it now does. My battery use to last me all day until late at night and i use to be on emails social media YouTube phone calls everything as of this morning at 10am when i took it off the charger its now 2:41 pm its at 15 percent wow and my phone gets hot faster now.. And I've had this phone for a good year i don't feel like doing a factory reset and go through all that crap just so it can so called be fixed that's a techs favorite word for everything "We need to do a factory reset" wish i would have read up on these problems before downloading it..So yall aren't missing anything

my device that si samsung galaxy note 3 neo is running 4.4.2 kikkat well i have listened that 4.4.4 update will come in october 1 st week ,is it true that 4.4.4 update came in usa if it is like that then in india also the update will come sooner and faster

Looking at people enthusiastic for Note 3 update don't know this update will bring new OS but will slow down the phone and bring other issues as it has always been the strategy of Samsung and Apple when they release new phone to sell their new phone
