"Updated"

Bringing great performance to an extremely affordable price market.

This will be used in very cheap devices. Compare this to an older bracket of $100-$200 device with 1GHz single core with cortex a5/a7 and Adrino 200 or 205. Also they are running Gingerbread up to jelly bean. With clocks of 800mhz-1GHz.

So now this device will have a better structured A7 with Quad core and slightly better clock. "Some might even clock it a bit higher". And stronger Adreno 300 series graphics so cheap phones can play great graphics. That's above flagships from 2-3 years ago which can still do high end things. Though it might be a lower clock.
And it may easily have 1GB ram. And fast charge 2.0 which many flagships don't even have.

And to top it all of they will run Android 4.4 Kitkat,  the latest, greatest, and lightest/most stable version yet. They might even run on L which could future improve things.

All this together boats not just much better performance, but better battery efficiency and charging.
Plus you get LTE to boot.
All in an very cheap affordable device.

Plus great screens and cameras are available cheap to these manufacturers now.
