A nice idea! Slim in the lower part that you insert into a shirt pocket, and the bulky part sticking out.
I only hope that the rotation is so you can park and thus protect the lens pointing into the phone. As you due to the design will naturally pull it out by the bulk, and thus would be very likely to smudge the lens, if it can not be 'parked'.
