They compare the quad-core androids to the dual-core iphone !!!!!!!!!!!
It looks like comparing 2000 cc mercedes or BMW (German made motors) to 3000 or even 4000 cc motors of any other made :)
Always German motors win even in this case, And So Will iPhone :)

2,000,000 Units are as follow:
People less demand to buy last year's same Phone with some hype.
1,800,000 iPhone 5s (Mostly new buyers)
200,000 iPhone 5c (At most)
1,800,000 changed to maybe 3,000,000 iPhone 6(Which is not even doubled as the new phone has different style, display and functionalities like using NFC)
1,200,000 iPhone 6+ (the Phablet size.)
The reason behing this sale is "MEMORY".
Both
64GB's were sold out.
16GB's were laughed at.
128GB's were obtained by those who wanted vaster source of portable video system and are not in high speed network areas.
If Apple instead of 16GB's sold 32GB's,
4M definitely would changed to 6M (Those who bought iPhone 5s and 5 were in the list of brand new buyers to change their used phones.)

Nice looking phone, I'm sure it will sell well but I still think it is overpriced, especially after the bad experiences I've had with Apple devices in the past. Even if it undersells the 5s & c it's still an iPhone, it will sell like hotcakes.

It's NOT INNOVATION buying 3rd-party technology and rebranding it as your own (looking at Siri, created and developed by SRI International)
It's NOT INNOVATION claiming the previous implementations of the tech you are now introducing did not work properly.
It's NOT INNOVATION rewriting history to your taste, erasing the name of those who actually invented the tech to put "Apple Inc.".
Just for those who actually care about facts, UNLIKE what this "guy" (won't classify any further than this) told, NFC was created by Nokia, Philips and Sony in 2004-06.
I feel like talking about scientific facts to a smoker.

... so the 4 million in 24 hrs are pre-ordered units not SOLD units
... the estimated number of sold units once it hits the shelves is 6 million. As pointed out in an earlier post, the new iPhones so far are estimated to undersell the 5S and 5C from last year, which sold a combined 9 million
