Apart from Sony, no other manufacturer is doing justice to the mini versions of their flagship devices. There is absolutely no point in making a below mid range device and marketting it as a flagship mini. Shame!

As usual, LG copies Samsung sales practices in order to make more money on the the "cheap" devices.

The idea is to sell your flagships (G2, G3, S5...) not too expensive, and have all the press and the geeks praise that flagship, so everyone knows that G3 brand is great.
And then make many more inferior "Mini" and such versions, and sell it overpriced, hoping that average Joe will think that it's the same as a G3, (or S5) just with smaller screen.

And it works big time. For Samsung it least, and LG hopes to copy the success.

Not a good deal at all.
It costs more than S4 /G2/Nexus5/ HTC one..and all those are better options than this mid-range phone.
