If this is the nexus device....then it sucks...
Nexus device's main identification is the design...have a look at nexus 4 and nexus 5 and you'll get what I m saying.

God, I hope this is not what it really looks like. I HATE the design of the Moto X. Ugliest flagship of 2014, for sure.

I think Google should wait for the SD810 to come out & also the screen size should be around 5 inches, also it should have SD Card Slot, rest is class :)

I don't have a problem with the screen being close to six inches. I mean that is quite large but nowadays I actually like it when there's a big screen because reading is a lot easier. If they end up doing something like Samsung where you're able to tweak the settings for one-handed use then I don't see an issue. At the moment, I don't think I'd have an issue with portability unlike others but I'd say that this would be the maximum size that I could carry around (otherwise it's pretty much just a tablet).
It would be a shame if they didn't use the Snapdragon 808 or 810 because they talk about Android L and "future-proofing" which means using older chipsets wouldn't be a good idea. I'm not that knowledgeable when it comes to 64-bit computing and whatnot but if that's the direction Google is taking then its newest flagship should at least have the top of the range internals. I don't know what's happening with the Nexus line and Android Silver but I guess I'll have to wait and see.

If this device is priced attractively, which Motorola certainly has been doing with other models such as the Moto G and Moto E, this unit will be a huge seller. The screen alone will draw many to this device.

Hello Moto and Google, if it is really going to be Nexus X, please manufacture mini version (4.7" or 5.2") with same specs

they keep on increasing the display size.
yes, large phones are a breeze to use, but there is limit too!
will the 7" tablet be gone by next year?
it's crazy, i think around 5" is the limit.

so the nexus 6 is going to be a phablet........ different strategy by google, I guess they are trying to capitalize on the success of the ip6+ (due to high demand and it doing better then the ip6) I think they believe the consumer wants a bigger screen, and google wants to top that so the nexus 6 is a phablet... giant phablet..... wow.......
