Receive KitKat but wasn't able to enable ART isn't a big deal, I don't believe in better performance with Dalvik. At least you have 3x4 exclusive keyboard (which lacks in 4.3) again.

yes, Cyanogenmod 11 is available and working well, watch a youtube video on how to use the Cyanogenmod tool for automatic
installation and what will you be getting. P. S. latest Cyanogenmod11 (CM11) is 4.4.4 kitkat

Just passing by to say that I just started to download an upgrade (552MB). The upgrade started when I pressed the Update button on the Software update menu of my galaxy s3 i9305 international. I will report about what this upgrade is when it finish, but I assume is KitKat :)

I just tried to check for an update for my i9305 DBT version, and it is now downloading the update :p

i can understand - partly - why samsung said the s3 can not handle kitkat because it "only" has a gig of ram and that's because touchwiz is by far the heaviest custom ui. they should at least try to give it a kitkat update based on vanilla android which could be handled quite easily, though... but this is samsung, only high end models get proper updates.
