Lol every year the haters try and plant some scandal story at iPhone launch.

As a matter of fact, Bendgate was already done before for iPhone 5 and even 5s, but no one took notice.

Same thing this year, and it seems this is the only thing the haters can throw at Apple.

If so, it's going to be quite an unhappy year for the haters, especially Samsung who will be severely affected by the phenomenal sales so far of iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus.

Seems that the sales are "bending" down?

This time Apple pushed its limits. For this price point, outdated tech spec(it my be well integrated with software, yet), bendgate, os update issues ......way too many factors against buying the phone. People with open mind will look at other options and this could be a very bad news for Apple! Well 80 million in one year could be a very long shot

It's rather fascinating watching the rival fan factions in this. The pro-Apple side is desperately trying to claim there isn't an issue (which there is) and that the iPhone is objectively the best phone ever (no such thing). The Anti-side are just as bad, with many claiming the problem is far larger than we know right now (which we don't really know, beyond overblown media attention) and that all iPhones will bend in half/crumple like tin foil as soon as look at them (which is absurd and has been proven as an over-exaggeration).

It would be thoroughly entertaining were it not slightly depressing.

                                Fortunately or unfortunately,
there is a reason which continues this strong sales:
"iPhone 6+ was bent, not the iPhone 6"
Most people prefer iPhone 5s, but 64GB storage is tempting to spend 200 more money to pick one with 4.7" display.

Almost 90% of sales belong to iPhone 6 64GB which is more logical to buy than others.

10% out of 10M equals 1M which was affected by "6+ Bendgate!"

What about this.. September 26 2014 at 08:00am - Tim Cook said the introduction of the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus the “best launch ever”. But he may have spoken too soon as iPhone 6 glitches leave Apple’s chief red faced - apple has apologized for the inconvenience experienced by users. Leading the list of complaints of the bigger-screen handsets is the new mobile-software update, ios 8.0.1, causing people to lose cellular service

People, people! Gsmarena has said it, "there's no reason to believe that their strong sales are going to continue." :D But wether it's a typo or not, it's the truth! And if it turns our not, then all of the people that still buy this expensive under specced, bend-easy-phone are just plain stupid. Pardon the language, but it's just simple logic. Buy the Note 4 instead, please! I'm doing you a favor here, you won't regret it, you will all be deliberated if you do. The Note 4 will give you things you can only dream of with an iPhone! Things like the gorgeous Super Amoled QHD display, advanced multiwindow multitasking, 4K video recording with lossless zoom at 1080p, amazing wide selfies, incredible virtual reality experience and many more, like the micro sd card slot you've always dreamed of :) Trust me guys, you can thank me later. ;)
