No mention of processor manufacturer, just quad core?
I'm afraid this will be similar to Galaxy Core II, which uses Spreadtrum SoC. Never mentioned on spec.

Seems like Samsung is trying to compensate for something. Only thing innovative about these phones are the screen size cause the features dont change much. The Samsung market is so over saturated with the same phone with different names and screen size. But I'll just sit here with my iBend.

Whats the problem in keeping just 1-2 models within a price bracket , i mean you have galaxy ace galaxy core galaxy star and now this crab.

This is ridiculous. Samsung tried to ape Apple by picking a name (Galaxy vs iPhone), but the train went off the rails almost immediately and spewed its contents all over an unsuspecting audience. Typical Samsung marketing.

I would admit the price of this is much more reasonable than the overpriced Galaxy Grand Prime. And it even has LTE. But it would've been a little better if it had a qHD display, usually WVGA or FWVGA displays are for entry level phones.

This is too much Samsung. You've to leave a little time for your product to stay on the stores. Every day a new Samsung Phone is released, seems as if you're loosing a battle and now you're trying to force the consumers to buy your products.

Its good if its really comes with quadcore, 1GB Ram,kitkat, 5-2 mp cameras. All this for ₹8500. No I don't think so this all changes once they announce officially.
At least price will be more than ₹10000
