I'm not an Apple fan. But I do know that Apple only have 3 different versions of iPhones.. and 2 iPods. since the 2 iPods does not count on this website. We all know that Nokia has been making phones ever since and they are #1 at that. However, Nokia fans and Apple haters should also realize that Nokia and others are designing phones similar to the iPhone. Before the iPhone came out, what other phones looked similar to it? I never liked Apple before and I will never like their Macbook, but I bought their iPhones (2G and 3G) just because it has potential. Can I say AppStore and OS 3.0? haha

Mizuchi, 23 Jun 2009This is a joke lol looks like apple is playing catch up wit... moreI came across the Navigon range last year and was quite impressed with some of their products and features. The 7310 looks really good and i would actually consider buying it, i love my gadgets but i am no "fanboy". 8110 is very big but has all the tech. I've got Nokia maps on my Nokia. I love the iPhone and where it has/is taking the industry. By the way, Mizuchi, What does it matter where the app is coming from as long as it does what it says. Nokia actually acquired the company Maps2Go and therefore it is not something they made. The car and hifi industry make iPod/iPhone compatible systems not Nokia specific... In a short amount of time the iPhone has revolutionised the industry. Nokia recently have just been putting in new tech in old body styles a bit like passing on your clothes to your younger sibling. There are just a few exceptions. Those talking about the N95 8GB (a good phone) should realise how bad the successive models are that they still have N95 8GB over the N96.

              Again and again and again..

People flame people on forums, which is bad. Forums are ment to express your feeling and/or discuss about the certain topic.

Thus meaning in this forum people should talk about how they think of the Navigation pack of the iPhone instead of flaming eachother who has the best phone.

Because the best phone comes my opinion, not facts.

If you don't have anything constructive to say, then don't bother our time.

Secondly, how does Nokia lose? when it actually own NAVTEQ whose maps are being used by Navigon.

Your hatred for Nokia is only exposing your ignorance, i'm afraid.

The worlds best smartphone has just gone better! Even if this navigation SW is the same price as for Nokia, some people complain. The good thing is that iPhone users are not limited to one companies software like Nokia users to Nokia maps.

Soon there will be a load of navigation sw from TomTom, Garmin and other small companies as well. This will push the price down.

                            Nokia loose again. LOL :)

"neither do we care about apple"

                                Yet you cared enough to:-

                                a) click on a link obviously devoted to a story about the iPhone,

                                b) post a comment in a thread obviously devoted to the iPhone.

This indicates to me that you do, indeed care.

Anonymous, 23 Jun 2009neither do we care about apple and apple is not number 1 is... moremy favorite thing has become watching all the iphone haters on this site stumble around looking for some new invective (look it up) to hurl and all you ever come up with is "isheep" or "apple fanboy" or some other truly lame comment. and when you run out of really pointless drivel you invent some bogus statistics and cite why brand x beats apple.

well, I have concluded that you are not actually smart enough to realize how silly you all look. you are just sad, sad, little boys who somehow think that their choice of mobile phones make them better people. you will just grow up to be sad, sad, little men, who will never realize that a phone is just a phone. Nothing more.

but as long as you mention it I will take Apple's profitability over Nokia's any time.

Although I am not a fan of apple, I must say the iPhone is getting more and more tempting these days. Being a fan of all in ones, this looks nice.
I would be happy and go buy one if it had BUILT-IN radio and camera flash. That would classify to me as a perfect device, which I wouldn't hesistate saving up for and buying.
