This must be now best in the market all over the world. Don't compare with Moto360 which disappointed me.

Also I don't think the October 14th is correct... Other sources stated the same but after a few days, they issued a correction stating that it was meant October 2014. But in any case, I'm looking forward on seeing how the Round makes its rounds once it comes out. :)

I don't know why it should cost more than the Moto360 if it has a smaller screen, also it has to deal with the fact that its second on the round face race and not as praised as the Moto360 when it was unveiled.
It should be priced COMPETITIVE to what's currently out there. Specially so if its not bringing anything new to the table (I don't know something like solar charging, waterproof up to 30 ft, 5 day battery, etc)... :P

It makes no sense to call this display 320 x 320: this is a circle and there is no X and Y axis as there is on a squared off display.
