My Samsung Galaxy S4 will be my last Samsung. Touchwiz is a disaster, they should just build the hardware and let google take care of the software. No amount of gimmicks will ever, EVER compensate for an interface that takes more than ONE SECOND to load the freakin' dial pad. And even more than that to load the phonebook. Are you freakin' kidding me Samsung? This is 2014, not 1994. Learn or die!

finally, an opening for HTC, Sony, Motorla, and LG. Looks like the people are educated on how poor the experience is with Samsung phones now. Took a while but at least we can see android grow in a better direction with Samsung gradually losing the lead.

The only company that was able to make huge profits and being the world largest phone manufacturer along 14 years was The Great Nokia.

if the profit drop is due to decreased handheld device sales than maybe it is because Samsung doesn't know its customers as well as apple does...samsung customers want more value than do apple customers...apple gets the highest profit margin of >60%, for example, and its customers don't like the cheap looking plastic iphone c...their customers also are willing to deal with design flaws and wait for new models....if samsung is going to try to sell high margin products they need to create another brand like what toyota did with lexus...they cannot sell it under samsung and just change the name of the products...

I hope Samsung doesn't resort to lowering quality like Apple has done that causes bending issues and the like.
