Asus PadFone S launches in Malaysia for just $275

Even in 2014, that is still less than what you would pay for a standalone Android tablet. I'd rather have something like this instead.

I live in the UK too and am looking to get just the phone. Did you pay customs fees to have it delivered or did you purchase it abroad? I've been looking on eBay for prices and its looking around £250, but then customs etc may bring it up to £300. Just wondering if it is worth it or whether its better to wait for it to come to the UK.

Just got this 3 days ago in the UK and I'm loving it. I have honestly not used my iPad since and am soon to sell. Everyone I meet said it makes so much sense. Very happy

All of a sudden I became an Asus fan. Still using my Google Nexus 7 (2012) and although it's a bit slow now it never fails me. Can't wait to buy both at launch. +10 to Asus.

wow! great innovation, great price! everyone seem to be missing a point here: the smartphone can actually be turned into a tablet by simply docking it in a dock with a screen. so you can have one internal powering a phone or a tablet with just $427. this is outta this world! please, Asus bring this to Nigeria and provide a great after sales support, plsssss!

I am so happy to see ASUS step up the game! Their pricing and the specs of their devices are really awesome especially with this new product! I hope this comes to the Philippines! I want to grab this! For sure it will be great! :)
