First of all, the JR w... morewell you overlooked that the winHD got a 5 inch screen, 1GB ram, and 8mp camera. although both version got front facing camera and flash, but the winHD with that 5 inch screen is actually look better and it's sold out on microsoftstore dot com

That Win HD seems overpriced to me.
First of all, the JR will run most things OK, but putting freaking 90 more bucks on the table doesn't even give you a better SOC, which is kind of weird.An S400 should have been used in the HD....
I'm kinda sure that the JR will sell good.

Comparing to the lumia 635, the win HD is actually pretty good deal of a phone. W8.1,1GB ram,front facing camera, flash, and 5inch screen.

That's a very nice price for the Win JR.
Not sure too many people who pick up a $89 smartphone are worried about LTE.
