I believe, this is Xolo's answer to Micromax Canvas A1, Karbonn Sparkle V and Spice Uno devices which have exactly same specs that have been on the guidelines provided by Google.

fixed focus camera. All android one smartphones provides autofocus camera. The name Xolo One seems to be like it's an Android One initiative smartphone but not because xolo is saying that it will update to Android 5.0 Lollipop it self , but in case of android one google control all of the software update not by manufacturers.. Good move Xolo try something HATKE(different) to catch the share of mid 7k segment.

Google must force certain minimum standards when it comes to hardware, don't let garbage specs into the market.
Something that is a pain to change at kernel level will deter these losers from launching garbage specs. These cheapo companies are only in it to throw something quickly together and push to sell in the market.

Me 3rd world, i want 105 dollars smartphone,ofcors my phone better than iphone, me poor, me cant afford so everyon listen to me, buy cheap phone and pretend we all look down on iphone that i cannot afford! My village is Borat, we know best.

True, this is not an android one smartphone but this is better than those because it comes with 8 GB of internal memory and android one comes with only 4 GB. and it has 4 colour variants to choose from, and also it comes with faux leather back to give you a premium feel. and it will even get update to android 5.0 lollipop.
