I'm reposting my earlier comment.Maybe someone can confirm or not .
"Please get your facts straight. iPhone 5S on Orange RO does not have the switch between 2G/3G/LTE. Apparently none of the iPhones sold by the RO mobile operators will get it. And I'm afraid that this situation won't be limited to RO."

My 4s has ringtone/mic problems with 8.0.2. It happens when I try to change ringtones. They stop playing and the mic is dead. After repeated shutdowns/settings closure, finally restarts.
Battery life on 8.0.2 is fine.
Does 8.1 cause problems?

Safari is super fast on my 4s, phone doesn't lag. Only problem battery is draining very fast. Battery life was excellent on iOS 8.0.2.
What made you not retain the same in this upgrade???
