Honor 300 series launch date confirmed
Honor 300 and Honor 300 Pro are arriving on December 2, the brand revealed on Weibo. Both phones will have MagicOS 9 out of the box, and it seems the Pro will run on Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.
The company opened pre-orders for both phones, letting eager customers put a CNY 999 deposit (about $140/€130) to book a spot in line.
The arrival date is not a huge surprise. Both the Honor 300 and Honor 300 Pro were on the company website, and users who registered interest were promised more info on prices and availability on December 2.
Today's announcement confirms that the launch will occur next Monday, and we will see two phones. Despite the multiple lifestyle photos and renders we have seen over the weekend, there is no mention of an Honor 300 Ultra with a periscope lens.
This raises the question of whether this device really exists and if it's coming alongside the other two or at a later date. See the images for yourself and decide whether they are the real deal:
The two confirmed phones will come in some cool colors – we especially enjoy the purple Honor 300 and the Sand Gold Honor 300 Pro. When those will arrive internationally is a different question, and the answer will be revealed later on.
