Another leak confirms the Snapdragon 8s Elite won't have Oryon cores

Victor, 23 March 2025

Last time we learned some details about the unreleased Snapdragon 8s Elite was back in January, when the chip was spotted powering an iQOO Z10 Turbo Pro phone. Another industry leakster has chimed in, confirming and expanding on the previously known info.

You might be disappointed if you were hoping that the Snapdragon 8s Elite would be more like the premium Snapdragon 8 Elite. It is shaping up to be closer to the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 than anything.

People complaining about the naming should go and get 8 elite if they have issues the reason qualcomm is doing this is simple to keep the price same as 8s gen 3
