Galaxy Z Flip7 cases hint at a larger cover display, Z Fold7 protective glass also surfaces

The latest reports claim that the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 will have a larger cover display – the strange folder shape is going away, instead, the display will stretch from edge to edge. That said, the design of the cases for the new model hasn’t changed significantly, as can be seen in these images shared by Ice Universe.

For comparison, here is what a typical Z Flip6 case looks like:

As you can see, Samsung never covered the top bezel that went around the cameras and flash. But the old cases still had some bezel around the display – this has been slimmed down noticeably on the Z Flip7 cases.

Ice Universe also posted images of protective glass for the Galaxy Z Fold7 cover display. The cover display will be a bit larger than before – 6.5” according to CAD, up from 6.3” on the Z Fold6.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 and Z Flip7 are expected in July, the rumored Z Flip FE should arrive at a later date.

The Moto uses BOE displays, which are getting trade banned in the west for IP theft. The Moto is done no matter what Samsung sells.
