Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra reportedly won't put a dent in the palm of your hand

Samsung's Galaxy S24 Ultra has a rather striking design with its very rectangular shape and lack of rounded corners. It stands out among mainstream flagships with that design, but it looks like its successor will go a different route.

According to prolific tipster Ice Universe, the S25 Ultra will not have adverse effects on the palms of your hands like the ones seen in the images below.

So the palm of your hand will be fine, there will be no dents. That's what we can allegedly look forward to next year. This is obviously not a huge change or anything, but the S24 Ultra definitely isn't among the most comfortable phones to hold for longer periods of time.

It's clear that Samsung chose to go with the design it did in spite of that, but now it looks like it's going to reverse course, for the sake of our palms.

The S25 Ultra is "really rounded", which is quite a huge departure from its predecessor's design. The phone has also been rumored to, perhaps, add a MediaTek chipset into the mix along with the Snapdragon and Exynos, and come with some pretty significant camera improvements.

galaxy s25 ultra, the W phone

who used this sized phone with one hand and holding with palm? the current boxy design was what made it different and practical for a stylus phone. with round corners its just like iphone and all the other phone. samsung, plz keep the boxy design...

Who honestly holds their phones with the corner resting in the palm of your hand? That sounds like their own idiocy not Samsung's problem. The correct way to hold a large phone is how it's shown in the header image - with your fingers ...
