Leaked pricing shows that the Galaxy S25 Edge will be the second most expensive S25 model

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge launch was rescheduled to May 13, but this delay wasn’t to change the price – the Edge will be the second most expensive S25 model, based on what we’re seeing from retailers that pulled the trigger too early.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge pricing on Zanetti
Italian online store Zanetti lists various S25 Edge devices – the 256GB version is €1,362, while the 512GB option is €1,488. This is higher than the initially expected prices for Europe. Compared to the Galaxy S25+, the Edge is around €100 more – the table below has the pricing breakdown, including the Galaxy S25 Ultra, which remains the most expensive model of the bunch.
Model/Storage | 256GB | 512GB |
---|---|---|
Galaxy S25+ | €1,247 | €1,372 |
Galaxy S25 Edge | €1,362 | €1,488 |
Galaxy S25 Ultra | €1,572 | €1,697 |
Another Italian retailer, Epto, also had the Galaxy S25 Edge at the same prices (the pages have since been taken down). There are three color variants: Titan Silver, Titan Jetblack and Titan Icyblue. Maybe that should be “titanium” instead of “titan”, but those are the names listed on Zanetti.
Anyway, this positioning lines up with the reports for Galaxy S25 Edge pricing in Korea, where it will also slot in between the S25+ and S25 Ultra. A 1TB storage option will not be available.
The Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge is said to have a 6.6” display, a small 3,900mAh battery, a Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and only two cameras on the back (200MP main + 12MP ultra-wide). Its claim to fame is the slender frame – just 5.84mm thick and weighing 162g. This makes the Edge the thinnest and lightest Galaxy smartphone in years.

Battery capacity means nothing. SD8G1 was an incredibly bad and power hungry SOC, while SD8E is incredibly efficient. Just look how good the battery life on the S25 is with 4000mah battery. Even at 3900mah and paired with a higher resolution display,...

The battery capacity (3900 mAh) if rumoured to be true, is a huge let down and a disappointment from Samsung again. I'd steer clear of this phone then. I have been a lifelong Samsung user, and I have the S22 which has 3700 mAh, initially I thoug...
