Twitter introduces quality filter for notifications
Twitter has introduced a couple of changes to its mobile app that should make it a more pleasant experience for some of the users out there.

One of the additions is a presence of a quality filter. Twitter says it checks for account origin and behavior and once enabled, removes low-quality content such as duplicate tweets or automated content from your notifications.
The other addition is the option to see notifications only from people you follow. This should remove a lot of noise from your notifications tab, especially if you have a lot of followers.
The changes only seem to be in the iOS app for now and rolling out gradually to accounts.
