Huawei has sold 1.5 million Honor 8 units since its launch

Enrique, 10 September 2016

Huawei first introduced the Honor sub-brand to the world 999 days ago and happily states that it sold over 100 million Honor handsets since then. The brand is shaping up to be quite successful in the value-smartphone market share.

Today, Honor has sold 1.5 million Honor 8 units since it launched in China back in July. Even so, the brand only recently brought the Honor 8 to Europe and the US just last month.

The Honor 8 features a dual-12MP camera setup powered by the same CPU found in the Huawei Mate 8, the Kirin 950 CPU. It’s available now in the US and Europe, with the UK’s variant coming to Huawei’s online store in the next few days.

Check out our review of the Honor 8 as well!

Thanks for the tip Ivan!
