ZTE Axon 7 mini goes on pre-order in the US, yours for $299.98

Vlad, 17 October 2016

The Axon 7 mini that ZTE announced at the beginning of September is now ready to be purchased in the US. The phone just went up for pre-order today. You can buy one for $299.98, unlocked. It's currently listed by ZTE's online store as well as Best Buy and B&H. Amazon has it too, but the price isn't right for now - expect that to change in a few hours. Also by the end of the day, Newegg should allow you to pre-order an Axon 7 mini too.

Unfortunately none of these retailers have bothered to mention when your pre-order will be shipped, so it's anyone's guess exactly when the device will be released. Hopefully that date isn't too far ahead. The phone is available in Platinum Gray or Ion Gold, but the latter will be exclusive to Best Buy for 60 days.

The ZTE Axon 7 mini has a 5.2-inch 1080p touchscreen, a 16 MP main camera, an 8 MP selfie shooter, the Snapdragon 617 chipset at the helm, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of expandable storage, a fingerprint scanner, a USB Type-C port, and a 2,705 mAh battery. It runs Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow.
