Sony's PlayStation Vue is now available on Android TV

Himanshu, 28 October 2016

Sony has announced that its streaming TV service PlayStation Vue is now available on the Android TV platform. "We’re pleased to announce that you can watch your favorite TV shows, movies, and sports through PlayStation Vue on Android TVs starting today," the company said in a blog post.

To get started, all you need is a PS Vue account and an Android TV running Android OS 4.4 or higher. Once that in place, just download the PS Vue app and enjoy the service.

Sony also announced that web support for both PC and Mac is coming soon. "This will include some unique features, such as a 'mini-player,' which allow you to shrink the player to the corner of the browser window and continue browsing PS Vue for a convenient experience," the Japanese firm said.
