Meizu to launch new Helio-powered phone on November 30

Himanshu, 21 November 2016

Chinese smartphone manufacturer Meizu is all set to unveil a new smartphone on November 30. The company has started sending out media invites for the event.

While the invite doesn't reveal the name of the device that will be made official, it does reveal that the handset will be powered by a Helio chipset.

Although there's no official word on this, it's likely that the Meizu M5 Note, which has been the subject of a few rumors and leaks lately, will be the star of the company's November 30 event.

From what all has been revealed so far, the device is powered by Mediatek's Helio P10 SoC and sports a full HD display. RAM is 3GB, while internal memory is 32GB. In terms of camera, the phone features a 13MP rear unit and a 5MP front shooter. It runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box.
