Asus Zenfone 3 Max is now available for purchase in US

The Asus Zenfone 3 Max, which was unveiled back in July this year and went on sale in India nearly a couple of weeks ago, is now available for purchase in the United States as well. Amazon currently has the device - unlocked, with model number ZC520TL - listed on website for $149.

Specs-wise, the model is powered by a MediaTek chipset with quad-core CPU and sports a 5.2-inch HD display. RAM is 2GB, while internal memory is 16GB. In terms of camera, the Zenfone 3 Max features a 13MP rear unit and a 5MP front shooter. A large, 4,100mAh battery is there to keep the lights on.

I don't have large hands, so I always look at the width of new phones. It seems that Asus phones are generally a bit wider than others. For instance, this one is 73.7 mm wide while the Huawei Honor 8 is only 71 mm. Not much difference I realize, but ...
