Samsung Galaxy TabPro S is now just $529.99, $370 less than usual

Vlad, 27 December 2016

Samsung's Galaxy TabPro S is quickly approaching its first anniversary, or at least the one-year mark from its announcement on January 6. That may or may not have something to do with Newegg's current deal for this 2-in-1 device that's a tablet but also has a keyboard dock for laptop-like use.

Normally retailing for $899.99, the TabPro S can be yours for a mere $529.99. So buying it now means you'd be saving a whopping $370. This price is for the tablet and keyboard. If you also want the TabPro Pen stylus, you can get everything as a bundle for $599.99, in which case you're saving even more - $400, to be precise. However, this deal is only valid for the next couple of days.

So if you're in the market for a 2-in-1 running Windows 10, it wouldn't hurt to give the Galaxy TabPro S a look, since at these prices it's a pretty great deal. It has a 12-inch Super AMOLED 1440p touchscreen, an Intel Core M3 processor, 4GB of RAM, a 128GB SSD, a pair of 5 MP cameras (one on the front, one on the back), and a 5,200 mAh battery. It runs Windows 10 Pro.

I guess few people want to pay so much (even with the new pricetag) when the device has laggy core cpu... and even less, with windows 10.

Meh, I got the Surface Pro 4 with keyboard for $599, that seems like a better deal than this. I am interested to see what Samsung will make this next year though. TabPro S2!
