Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge Nougat beta program is ending

Yordan, 29 December 2016

The last days have been quite interesting for Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge users. Samsung rolled out several updates to the Android Nougat beta program with the 5th version being available in UK and South Korea since yesterday.

According to a Weibo source the beta updates are going to end soon as Samsung is now ready to deliver a stable version to all flagship devices. The Korean manufacturer didn’t officially confirm the end of the test program.

Of course wrapping up the project doesn't mean an update is going to happen instantly. Before rolling out to Galaxy S7/S7 Edge users the update must be certified and approved. Here's hoping it won't be long though.
