Android Pay's list of supported banks gets 45 new names

A total of 45 new banks have added support for Android Pay, Google's mobile payments service. The list includes Avidia Bank, Bridgehampton National Bank, Denmark State Bank, Freedom National Bank, Norwood Bank, and Scottrade Bank.

Android Pay was first launched by Google in the US, something which happened back in September 2015. Since then, the service has been steadily launching in other markets around the world. In the last few months, the service has arrived in New Zealand, Poland, and Ireland.

Samsung Pay works far, far better. Even works at 10 year old *NON* NFC locations.
