ASUS Zenfone Pegasus 3S unveiled

Yordan, 09 January 2017

The budget Zenfone Pegasus 3 just got a successor and its name is Pegasus 3S.

This device runs on the MediaTek MT6750 chipset with octa-core processor ticking at 1.5 GHz. It has 3 GB RAM and two options for internal storage - 32 and 64 GB. If that’s not enough, you can go for microSD expansion.

The display is 5.2” of 720p resolution - probably identical to the one found on the Zenfone Pegasus 3.

There’s difference however in the fingerprint scanner, which is now implemented in the home button.

Two highlights of the device are actually the OS and the battery - Zenfone Pegasus 3S comes running Android Nougat 7.0 and sporting an ample 5,000 mAh non-removable battery.

It surely looks like another low-end smartphone and hopefully it will be available at different markets and not only the Chinese - price will go around $290.
