Glacier White PlayStation 4 Slim will be out on January 24

Vlad, 10 January 2017

Want to buy a PlayStation? Love white? Well, in that case, do hold on just a little bit longer. Today Sony has taken the wraps off a white iteration of its PlayStation 4 Slim gaming console. It's everything you love (or hate) about the thinner, smaller version of the PS4, but in a new hue, which is called "Glacier White".

This will become available in Japan on January 24, priced at JPY 29,980 with 500GB of storage and JPY 34,980 with 1TB. It will then arrive in Europe a day later, on January 25, where the 500GB model will retail for €299. It's unclear how much the 1TB version will cost in Europe, or if it will ever launch there. Additionally, no details have been shared about a release of the new white PS4 Slim in the US.

As you may have expected, absolutely nothing is changed in this console compared to the original, aside from the color.
