iPad Pro 9.7 LTE drops to $499.99 sans contract, $479.99 with Verizon agreement

Vlad, 17 July 2017

For all intents and purposes, the recently released iPad Pro 10.5 is the replacement for the iPad Pro 9.7 from last year. And since the new model is already available, that means we're starting to see some very sweet deals on the old one.

Case in point: the 32GB Wi-Fi+LTE iPad Pro 9.7 can now be bought for just $499.99. That's $230 less than the usual price for this particular configuration. To snag a tablet at that price, you need to head over to eBay, where it's being offered by a seller with 98.4% positive feedback. Needless to say, purchasing this model will not force you to sign an LTE data contract with a carrier, you can use the tablet on any network you want.

If, on the other hand, you do feel like signing a two-year contract with Verizon for some reason, Best Buy has something for you. Actually, it's the same 32GB Wi-Fi+LTE iPad Pro 9.7, which you can purchase for $479.99, saving a whopping $250 compared to the normal price. But then you do have to commit to a two-year relationship with Big Red.
