alcatel Idol 4 Pro's European launch has been delayed

Himanshu, 26 July 2017

The Windows 10-powered alcatel Idol 4 Pro smartphone was all set to go on sale in Europe on July 26 (today). But that's no longer the case as the launch has been delayed. A quick look at Microsoft's Germany and France websites reveals the device will now be available there July 31 onwards.

The launch has been pushed further back for those in the UK - the region's official Microsoft website currently says the phone will be available there August 7 onwards.

There's currently no information on exactly why the European launch for the handset has been pushed back, but let's hope there are no further delays.

It's going to be almost a year since this phone was unveiled!

Yeah, let's hope there are no further delays at least (mostly for those interested).
