Teaser suggests BlackBerry could show off all-black KEYone at IFA

Himanshu, 09 August 2017

BlackBerry has released a short teaser video through its social media channels. The video focuses only on two things - the KEYone moniker and black color - and ends with a mention of IFA Berlin.

That's a strong indication that the all-black KEYone variant will be shown off at the event.

The model was recently launched in India, where it carries a price tag of just over $625. Aside from color, the other change the variant features is upgraded memory configuration - 4GB/64GB instead of the usual 3GB/32GB.

A little less known fact is that the Indian version is made by a local company called Optiemus and not TCL who are responsible for the globally available product by the brand (the ones outside of India and Indonesia).

So could it be that TCL will bringing to the said global markets a black BB KEYone after its positive reception in India? We'll see.

with a smaller screen less cpu is needed, you get the same performance as a faster processor with a larger screen, plus the benefit of a monster battery life.

Attention to detail, BlackBerry! When the screen falls out, make sure the area behind the screen is black as well. Nobody wants a mismatched phone when the screen is hanging by a ribbon cable.

New colour wont help your selling. Bring new keyone with lcd 18:9 ratio, bigger battery and maybe copy motorola modular, xperia fast update and put recent SoC 660 for mid. You can do it RIM
