Instagram improves controls for managing comments
Instagram has hit the 800 million user mark and it is celebrating with some new features.
One of them is improved comment moderation. Users can now choose who gets to comment on their posts, from everyone to people you follow and your followers, just the people you follow and just your followers. You can also block specific people from commenting on your posts.
Another addition is the ability to anonymously report when someone on a live stream is in need of mental support and the app will then flash a help screen for them with helpline numbers, suggestions, and an option to call or text someone for help.
Lastly, some new kindness-themed stickers have been added for the Stories mode.
The changes will be rolled out gradually to users.

Nah it actually happens on every phone and is annoying af. Scroll down your feed, lock your phone and wait like 1 minute... when you open it up again it goes back to the top and refreshes. Happens on my Huawei and S8 plus too
