Essential Phone early adopters get $200 vouchers

Last week Essential dropped the price of its PH-1 smartphone by $200, bringing the tag down to $499. But if you paid full price for it you'll now be compensated.

The company is giving a $200 Friends & Family code to use towards a new Essential Phone or Essential 360 Camera.

So you can either hook up a family member or a friend to what is effectively a $299 Essential phone, or get a free camera.

So there you go. While the initial $200 discount already made PH-1 an attractive proposition, those with a $200 Friends & Family code can get the phone for an absolute steal.
