Huawei Honor 9 Lite price leaks, will be unveiled on December 21

The upcoming Huawei Honor 9 Lite will be a slightly smaller alternative to the Mate 10 Lite. Both phones have dual cameras on their fronts and backs, but will the Honor phone be more affordable than the Mate?

China Telecom answered that question a bit prematurely. The new phone will cost CNY 2,000 for the 4GB/32GB model and CNY 2,400 for the one with 64GB storage. That’s the same price as the Mate 10 Lite (64GB).

The new Honor 9 Lite will be unveiled at an event on December 21, the image above is the invite. You don’t have to wait that long for the specs, TENAA already spilled the beans.

In short, it’s an Oreo phone with a 5.65” screen (18:9), Kirin 659 chipset and as we already mentioned – two dual cameras, 13MP + 2MP.
