BlackBerry Key2 leaks in press render, shows off its physical keyboard and dual rear cameras

The BlackBerry Key2 is set to become official at an event on June 7. And now that we're mere days away from that date, a leaked press render has been outed by Evan Blass, a.k.a. @evleaks, who's rather famous for doing this sort of thing.

As you can see, the Key2 sticks with the square-ish touchscreen (at least compared to the elongated displays we're seeing more and more of late) and physical keyboard combo that its predecessor, the KeyOne, first brought to the table in the Android world.

A new aspect in the Key2 is the dual rear camera system. The back seems to be made from a material that's similarly grippy to the one employed by the KeyOne.

According to past leaks and rumors, the BlackBerry Key2 should be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipset, aided by 4GB or 6GB of RAM. Storage-wise you're looking at either 64GB or 128GB. A 3,360 mAh battery will keep the lights on, the dual rear cameras will be 12 MP + 8 MP, and for selfies you'll get an 8 MP snapper. The phone is expected to launch with Android 8.1 Oreo on board.
