Essential Phone gets Android P Beta 1 update
Essential has started rolling out a new update to its PH-1 smartphone. The update brings along Android P beta to the device. As for included changes, there's latest Android P code integration, improved adaptive brightness range, various stability fixes and June security patches.

Up until now, Android P on Essential Phone was in Developer Preview (DP), so this marks the first beta build of the newest Android OS for the PH-1. The update arrives as build version PPR1.180510.022. As it currently stands, you need to have the DP build on your unit to get the OTA.

By the way, OTA is not installing properly... I had to sideload it manually.
