Two more iPads surface in the latest EEC report

Ro, 13 July 2018

There are plenty of Apple devices going around in the last few months in the EEC but none of them are thought to be the new iPhones since it's too early for them. Instead, the model numbers indicate that the Cupertino-based company is preparing to launch several new iPads.

First seen back in April, the listings of the unknown models are now updated to show iOS 12 instead of iOS 11 and along with that, the EEC has added two more model names - A1895 and A1980. None of the listed model numbers have been used by Apple.

There's a rumor going around that the model numbers relate to a nearing high-end iPads - probably an iPad Pro refresh. Some sources say that the latter will come with an updated design - 11-inch display with thin bezels and no home or Touch ID button, just like the iPhone X.

The most amazing thing would be they all go bezeless. One of the most successful anti-ergonomic designs in human history.

To be able to hold the screen from the sides right? XD
