vivo celebrates India Independence day with $30 NEX S and V9 deals

India is celebrating Independence Day on August 15, and as part of the celebrations, vivo is launching a series of promos on its online store. For the 72nd holiday, vivo is bringing 72 hours of special offers between August 7 and August 9, including flash sales of bestsellers vivo NEX S and vivo V9 for the symbolic amount of INR1,947 (no more than $30/€25).

Commemorating India’s 72nd year of independence, vivo is also offering earphones and USB cables from its online store for only INR72. There is also up to INR4,000 cashback on all credit and debit card transactions for select models of devices. Not just that, but Vivo India offers 12-month zero-cost EMI for all vivo smartphones.

If you purchase vivo NEX S, vivo X21, or vivo V9, you’ll get free Bluetooth earphones that cost INR1,200, when purchased separately. There are also plenty of coupons for amounts from INR50 to INR3,000, but you can even get earphones, USB cables or an actual vivo V7/vivo V7+ smartphone.

All deals begin at midnight of August 6, but the flash sales will launch at noon on August 7 till stocks last. Jerome Chen, CMO at vivo India, called the promo a “Freedom Carnival” and said the exclusive promos gives freedom to everybody to celebrate and express themselves through smartphones and accessories.
