HMD unveils True Wireless Earbuds and Pro Wireless Earphones

Peter, 04 October 2018

While the new Nokia 7.1 has a 3.5mm headphone jack, HMD unveiled a couple of wireless headphones for those who want to go untethered.

The True Wireless Earbuds offer ultimate portability. They weigh just 5g each and are sweat and splash resistant, so you can take them anywhere. As with most such earbuds, these come with a carrying case that also charges them. With that, you get up to 16 hours of audio playback.

The Pro Wireless Earphones are magnetic, so you can snap them together when not using them. This also turns them off and then on again once you separate them. Their battery is good for 10 hours.

These two Bluetooth headphones will on sale alongside the Nokia 7.1, pre-orders start tomorrow. The True Wireless Earbuds will set you back €130 while the Pro Wireless Earphones are more affordable at €70.

Airpods/earpods don't stay in, they're "one size fits all", any one next to you will be able hear the sound coming out from them. How is any of that good?
