Meizu Note 9 appears in live photos

Yordan, 28 February 2019

Meizu is making the Note 9 (alternatively known as M9 Note) official on March 6, but the phone already leaked in hands-on photos in Chinese websites. We know what the phone will look like, thanks to the TENAA listing, but this is the first time we see it in real life.

The Note 9 will be the first Meizu with a waterdrop notch, while the back panel is made of glass as is the norm with most phones these days.

The company was known for doing its own things with 12-LED flash or dual-screen flagships, but now the midranger will look like every other Xiaomi Redmi or Huawei Y smartphone with its dual camera placement in the upper left corner.

The 6.2” LCD of Full HD+ resolution comes with a waterdrop notch. The phone will be powered by a Snapdragon 675 chipset with 6 GB RAM, according to TENAA. Of course, Meizu will also follow suit in the camera department and will launch a 48 MP snapper as many other manufacturers.

The official launch is in six days when we will hear more on pricing and availability.

Until the 16th gets Android Pie I cannot recommend anyone buying their phones.

Nah, I meant the more sane crazy stuff, like that small second screen and crazy features

Bad idea, I assume. Just maybe it's a bad idea to continue the "crazy stuff". (That hole-less phone I meant.)
